Halo Infinite Season 2 launches on the 3rd of May for XBOX and PC. The latest season is set to be a large update bringing about several changes to the game.
It is set to bring about a brand-new battle pass, a shop refresh which will contain brand-new cosmetic items for Spartans, their titles, vehicles, and several other updates.
There will be two new maps added to the game called Catalyst and Breaker. A battle royale-elite is set to have the ever-encroaching circle dwindling the map size of what is most likely a Big Team Battle map.
King of the Hill, Land Grab, and Elimination are the two new game modes that will be added alongside the existing Last Spartan standing. The highly anticipated co-op mode will be released and a new creative suite called Forge. However, the co-op might be pushed back to August.

The developers have also revealed plans for what they are calling Drop Pods, monthly updates that will both add content and fix bugs. Forge will allow players to carry over their progress from the beta version to newer versions of the game.
The new battle pass will provide access to vibrant new helmets, armour kits, and weapon skins, all falling under the theme of Lone Wolves. After the scrutiny that season 1’s battle pass received, season 2 hopes to be more impressive with its various new add-ons.
The story in season 2 will focus on Spartans Sigrid Eklund and Hiseu Dinh, who are both deep behind enemy lines and trying to bring an important item or artefact back to the academy.
Halo Infinite season 2 will debut on the 3rd of May at 11 am Pacific Standard Time (PST).
