Final Fantasy 16 has a lot of side content and one of them is called Hunts or Notorious Marks, which involves you seeking out and skating tough enemies across the world. There are 32 of these Notorious Marks and here’s how to find all of them.
Ahriman location
Ahriman will be unlocked during the “The Gathering Storm” main story quest in Final Fantasy 16.
To find it, travel to the southeast of Sorrowise in Martha’s Rest. Defeating this C-rank monster will give you 10 magicked ash, 1 meteorite, 5,000 gil, and 10 renown.
Aruna, “The Angel of Death”
Aruna will be unlocked after you complete the “The Gathering Storm” main story quest after interacting with Nektar at the Hideaway Hunt Board.
This monster can be found in the north-western part of Claireview in Sanbreque and defeating it will reward you 1 clouded eye, 6,200 gil, and 10 renown.
Belphegor
Belphegor can be unlocked by interacting with Nektar at the Hideaway Hunt Board after completing “The Gathering Storm” main story quest in Final Fantasy 16.
This monster can be found in the south of the Broken Hilt near the Eastpool Obelisk in Rosaria and defeating it will reward you with 1 dragon talon, 8,000 gil, and 20 renown.
Dozmare
Dozmare will be unlocked during the “Blacksmith’s Blues” side quest which you will receive by August in the Hideaway after finishing the “Black Light Burns” main story quest.
This monster can be found in Sanbreque, south of the Caer Norvent River Gate, and defeating it will give you 1 scarletite, 1 meteorite, 8,500 gil, and 20 renown.
Sekhret
Sekhret will be available after finishing the “Fire and Ice” main story quest in Final Fantasy 16.
It can be found towards the west of Rhiannon’s Ride in Greensheaves, Rosaria, and defeating it will reward you 1 minotaur mane, 8,200 gil, and 20 renown.
Severian
Sverian will also be available after completing the “Fire and Ice” main story quest.
It can be found North of Sorrowise, west of Martha’s Rest in Rosaira, and defeating it will give you 1 electrum, 8,500 gil, and 20 renown.
Flan Prince/ Muddy Murder
Muddy Murder will be unlocked after completing the “Capital Punishment” main story quest.
This monster can be found in the northern part of Hawk’s Cry Cliff in Rosaria and defeating it will give you 1 gelatinous mass, 12,000 gil, and 30 renown.
Fastitocalon/ A Hill to Die On
Fastitocalon will be unlocked during the “Riddle of the Sands” main quest in Final Fantasy 16.
To find this monster head to the Bandits Bed which can be found near the northeastern region of the Velkroy Desert in Dhalmekia. Defeating it will reward you 2 scarletite, 10,000 gil, and 20 renown.
Soul Stingers
Soul Stingers will be unlocked after completing the “Into the Shadow” main story quest.
This monster can be found in the eastern part of the Fields of Corava in Dhalmekia near the Empty Hovel, and defeating it will give you 50 sharp fangs, 20 bloody hides, 10 magicked ash, 5,500 gil, and 10 renown.
Grimalkin
Grimalkin will be unlocked after finishing the “Into the Shadow” main story quest.
This monster can be found in the Cattery, south of the Sickle in Dhalmekia, and defeating it will give you 1 Grimalkin hide, 6,100 gil, and 10 renown.
The Nine of Knives
The Nine of Knives is unlocked after completing the “Into the Shadow” main story quest in Final Fantasy 16.
This monster can be found in The Jaw in Dhalmekia and defeating it will give you 25 wyrrite, 2 meteorite, 10,500 gil, and 30 renown.
Atlas/ The Breaker of Worlds
Atlas will be unlocked after completing the “Into the Shadow” main story quest.
This monster can be found behind the village of Cressida in Rosaria, and defeating it will reward you 1 fallen iron, 1 orichalcum, 20,000 gil, and 50 renown.
Bomb King
Bomb King will be unlocked during the “Weird Science” side quest which you will receive from Owain in the Hideaway during the “Out of the Shadow” main story quest.
This monster can be found in a shrouded area southeast of The Dragon’s Aery in Sanbreque and defeating it will give you 1 bomb ember, 9,000 gil, and 20 renown.
The Ten of Clubs
The Ten of Clubs is unlocked after finishing the “Fire in the Sky” main story quest.
This monster will be located in the abandoned village of Vamare in The Fields of Corava, Dhalmekia, and defeating it will give you 1 scarletite, 1 meteorite, 9,200 gil, and 20 renown.

The Mageth Brothers
The Mageth Brothers are unlocked after finishing the “Fire in the Sky” main story quest in Final Fantasy 16.
They can be found in the southern part of Quietsands in Rosaria and defeating them will reward you with 2 meteorites, 13,000 gil, and 30 renown
Svarog/ Ruin Reawakened
Ruin Reawakened will be unlocked after finishing the “Fire in the Sky” main story quest.
This dragon can be found to the south of the Mornebrume in Caer Nirvent Glorieuse Gate in Sanbreque, and defeating it will give you 1 orichalcum, 1 fallen enigma, 1 amber, 1 empty shard, 30,000 gil, and 60 renown.
The Pack
The pack will become available during the “Cloak and Dagger” main story quest.
This monster will be located south of Tabor in The Gilded Path, Dhalmekia, and defeating it will give you 5,800 Gil, 10 Renown, 20 Sharp Fang, 50 Bloody Hide, and 10 Magicked Ash.
Dread Comet
Dread Comet will become available during the “A Song of Hope” main story quest.
This monster will be located southwest of The Sickle and northeast of Fields of Corava, in Dhalmekia, and defeating it will give you 30 Renown, 13,000 Gil, and 1 Comet Feather.
Holy Trumpitour/ The Man in Black
The Man in Black will be available after completing the “For Great Justice II” main story quest in Final Fantasy 16.
The monster will be located near Lostwing in Sanbreque and can be reached through the cellar passage. Defeating him will reward you with 20 Renown, 9,800 Gil, and 1 Scarletite or 1 Meteorite.
Carrot
Carrot will be unlocked during the “Please Sir, Can I Have Some Morbol” sidequest which can be obtained by completing the “Songs of Hope” main story quest.
This monster will be located in Rosaria in The Whispering Waters, west of the Three Reeds, and defeating it will give you 10,000 Gil, 20 Renown, 1 Morbol Tendril, and 1 Morbol Flower.
Pandemonium
Pandemonium will become available during the “Brotherhood” main story quest in Final Fantasy 16.
This monster will be located in the far southwestern part of Wolfdarr and defeating it will give you 20,000 Gil, 50 Renown, and 1 Stained Loincloth.
Gorgimera/ The Tricephalic Terror
Gorgimera will become available during the “Across the Narrow” main story quest.
This monster will be located in the Velkroy Desert in Dhalmekia, south of the ravine splitting the desert in half. Defeating it will give you 20,000 Gil, 50 Renown, and 1 Orichalcum.
Gobermouch
Gobermouch will become available during the “Brotherhood” main story quest.
This monster will be located in Eistla which lies in Waloed, up the ladder opposite the way from the Obelisk. Defeating it will give you 15,000 Gil, 30 Renown, and 1 Primitive Battlehorn.
Bygul
Bygul will become available during the “Brotherhood” main story quest.
This monster can be found in Waloed, Just northeast of the Ravenwit Walls Obelisk. Defeating it will give you 16,000 Gil, 45 Renown, 1 Coeurl Whisker, and 1 Meteorite.
Agni
Agni will become available during the “Brotherhood” main story quest.
This monster can be found in Waloed, to the north of Edge of Infinity Obelisk, and defeating it will give you 35 Renown, 15,500 Gil, and 1 Stone Tongue.
Thanatos/ Usher to the Underworld
Thanatos will become available during the “Brotherhood” main story quest in Final Fantasy 16.
He can be found right of the “Titan’s Wake” word on the map found in Dhalmekia, and defeating him will reward you with 17,000 Gil, 45 Renown, and 1 Darksteel.
Terminus/ The Blood Moon
Terminus will become available during the “Brotherhood” main story quest in Final Fantasy 16.
This monster will be located in The Crock near The Chase which can be found in the southeast part of The Dragon Aery, in Sanbreque. Defeating it will give you 9,800 Gil, 35 Renown, and 2 Meteorites.
Behemoth King/ The Masterless Marauder
Behemoth King will be unlocked after completing the “Nobody’s Tool” side quest which is obtained during the “Back to Their Origin” main story quest in Final Fantasy 16.
This monster can be found in Waloed, Just to the southwest of the Vidargraes Obelisk, and defeating it will give you 20,000 Gil, 55 Renown, 1 Orichalcum, and 1 Behemoth Shackle.
Kuza Beast
Kuza Beast will be unlocked during the “Nobody’s Tool” side quest which is obtained during the “Back to Their Origin” main story quest in Final Fantasy 16.
This monster can be found in Balmung Dark, just outside in the center of the Coliseum in Waloed.
Gizmaluk/ The Wailing Banshee
The Wailing Banshee will be unlocked completing the “An Inconvenient Truth” quest in Final Fantasy 16.
This monster will be located in the village of Garnick, in Waloed. Defeating this monster will give you 45 Renown, 9,700 Gil, 1 Clouded Eye, 20 Sharp Fang, and 10 Magicked Ash.
Prince of Death/ The Grim Reaper
The Grim Reaper will become available during the “Out of the Shadows” main story quest in Final Fantasy 16.
This monster will be located just north of Westwatch Tower, in Sanbreque, and defeating it will give you 15,000 Gil, 45 Renown, and 1 Darksteel.
Knight of the Splendent Heart
Knight of the Splendent Heart will be unlocked after completing the “Under New Management II” quest in Final Fantasy 16.
This monster will be located very near to the Royal Meadows Obelisk, in Sanbreque, and defeating it will give you 17,000 Gil, 35 Renown, and 2 Meteorite.
