The Elder Scrolls Online’s High Isle includes a legendary item called the Dov-Sabatons Rha’s that improves sprinting speed and deals AoE damage.
Very few items in ESO provide buffs when it comes to the sprinting stat. The Dov-Rha Sabatons are one of the rare items that provide the sprint buff. Players will need Elder Scrolls Online: High Isle to obtain and use this item.
What is it and what does it do?
The Dov-Rha Sabatons are an Elder Scrolls Online Mythic that benefits mobile and soloing builds more than group-oriented ones, as the maximum bonus of the Mythic is best used when dashing between groups of enemies.
When the user accumulates a stack of Draconic Scales up to a total of 20 every half a second when Sprinting, the Dov-Sabatons Rha’s burst for physical damage in the immediate radius and provide damage protection dependent on the total number of Draconic Scales piled when the player stops sprinting.
If the maximum of 20 stacks is spent, the Dov-Rha’s Sabatons also stun enemies in the immediate vicinity. This has to be used effectively against enemies as it can be hard to predict when the best time to start Sprinting is to effectively max its damage in combat.
How to obtain it
The Dov-Sabatons Rha’s are a Mythic item, and as such, they can only be used once the player has discovered and finished five of the Leads that go along with them. These Leads may be found in many different places around Tamriel, and once discovered, they can be Scryed to locate one of five pieces.
After locating each Lead, players must proceed to the excavation area and search for a dig site in the designated area. The Dov-Sabatons Rha’s Mythic item will instantly be finished and put into the player’s inventory if all five parts of the Sabatons have been successfully scryed and every Antiquity fragment located.
