EA’s single-player ‘Iron Man’ game begins production

Electronic Arts has confirmed that the single-player Iron Man game has gone into production. It was announced to be in pre-production in September last year.

Furthermore, it was revealed that Motive, the studio behind the well-received Dead Space remake, was working on it This update came from a recent AMA held by them on Reddit.

According to u/DeadSpaceDevs, the official Reddit account of the team behind the Dead Space remake, the team “will take a well-deserved vaccination before determining what’s next.

“We have an amazing team at Motive that has started working on Iron Man and you can rest assured that it’s in great hands!” The team is being led by Olivier Proulx, who has worked on Marvel games in the past like Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy.”

The game is likely still a long way off from its release since we hardly know anything about it. What we do know however is that it’s going to be a single-player, third-person, action-adventure game.

EA had mentioned in October that they were planning on producing “at least three new action adventure games” with Marvel, on their website. This Iron Man project is most likely one of them.
