‘Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty’ to get new demo with data transfer option

Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty, the upcoming action RPG by Team Ninja — the developers behind the Nioh games — is getting another demo, now with two new reasons to play.

Team Ninja announced on Twitter that a second demo was coming to the PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and Steam on February 24, 2023.

The tweet also said that players who complete the demo will obtain the “Crouching Dragon Helmet” DLC in the full game and that the save data of the demo will be transferred to the main game which releases on March 3, 2023.

So players who are eagerly waiting for the game can play a part of it earlier. The Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty demo showed off its deep character customization, graphics, variety of enemies, and most important of all, it’s a fresh new take on the combat system.

No doubt there were complaints, the most common ones being that there isn’t any audio or visual feedback for deflects and
that the window for deflecting was too short.

Producer Fumihiko Yasuda, of Team Ninja, said that they learned a great deal from the feedback they received and that they have improved Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty accordingly.
